Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Live Chat Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to answer their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers through the live chat platform. 3. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and recommendations based on their browsing behavior. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up with customers as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creativity and critical thinking abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
