Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team at Spotify. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Promote and up-sell Spotify products and services to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with customers effectively - Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace to work from home - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
