As a Live Chat Representative at LightAir, located in Uppsala, Sweden, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary - Maintain a high level of energy and confidence in all interactions - Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and time management to efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong presentation and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in typing and using live chat software - Fluent in both Swedish and English
