Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Live Chat Representative to join our team at Wrapp in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a part-time entry-level role, the Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and take appropriate actions to follow up on any outstanding issues - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and reliable with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated leadership and time management skills - Proficiency with computer systems and technology - High school diploma or equivalent
