Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team at Mentimeter. As a part-time Entry Level position, this role will require the successful candidate to have no prior experience but possess the personality traits of being adaptable and confident. We are looking for individuals who are innovative and possess critical thinking skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Utilize resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns - Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and team success - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Adaptability and confidence in handling a variety of customer interactions - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in real-time - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
