Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Northvolt is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team and work remotely from home in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Entry Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services via live chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality. 6. Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and promotions. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals for response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and driven individual with a strong customer service orientation. 2. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Leadership skills to handle challenging customer interactions. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
