Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Tetra Pak is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven and resilient.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 4. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department 8. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for quality assurance

Requirements: 1. Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments 4. Experience working in a customer service or support role 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems 6. Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays 8. High school diploma or equivalent
