Job Description - Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Ericsson in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. This role requires an individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner through live chat. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in real-time. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. 6. Identify trends and provide feedback to improve processes and services. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Passionate and energetic individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong decision-making and persuasion skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in using live chat software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
