Acast, a leading podcast platform based in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
As a Live Chat Specialist at Acast, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through live chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing innovative solutions to improve the overall customer support process
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent people management skills and the ability to communicate effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs - Resilience to manage challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
