Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Einride is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat interactions. You will serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong planning and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
