Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Account Support Assistant at Acne Studios, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our online customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their accounts, troubleshooting any issues they may encounter, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our online services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with account-related issues via email or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and provide solutions in a timely manner - Work closely with the customer service team to address any escalated account concerns - Monitor online account activity and proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction - Assist with account management tasks, such as updating customer information and processing account changes - Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve any technical issues impacting online accounts - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the online account support process

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Strong adaptability and resourcefulness to handle a variety of customer inquiries and technical issues - Excellent analytical skills to identify patterns in customer behavior and account activity - Effective planning skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer support
