Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Bambuser in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The Online Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshooting account issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assisting with account setup, billing inquiries, and general account maintenance - Providing product demonstrations and training to online account holders as needed - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
