Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Scania in Stockholm. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required but a willingness to learn and grow within our organization is essential.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers with their account-related queries and issues - Assist in managing and updating customer account information - Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth account management - Monitor and analyze account activity to identify trends and potential opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the online customer experience - Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot any technical issues related to online accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of support for our customers

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Prior experience in customer service or online support is a plus - Knowledge of basic computer programs and online platforms - A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving - Fast learner and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
