Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Mips in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills, as well as demonstrate a high level of confidence and hard work ethic.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Provide support to customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. 4. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer disputes and ensure positive outcomes. 7. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to address any concerns. 8. Analyze account data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to customers. 10. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 2. At least 7 years of experience in account management or customer support. 3. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 8. Experience working with clients in a B2B or B2C setting. 9. Confidence and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 10. Hardworking and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
