Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


LightAir is currently seeking an experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support online customer accounts, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all clients - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding account issues, inquiries, and general support - Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve account performance - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive loyalty and satisfaction - Implement strategies to increase account retention and minimize churn - Analyze account data and performance metrics to develop insights and recommendations for improvement - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online account management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and organization skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in e-commerce or online account management preferred
