Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Husqvarna Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Stockholm, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a reliable and driven personality. In addition, strong creativity and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to online account holders, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to the online account system - Monitor account activity and identify potential security risks or fraudulent behavior - Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization - Assist with the development and implementation of account management strategies - Create reports and presentations to communicate account performance and recommendations to stakeholders - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online account management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - At least 4 years of experience in online account management or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience with CRM systems and online account platforms preferred
