Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Camfil is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a driven and reliable individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts, orders, and any other inquiries - Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various online channels - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to management for further investigation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in online account support or customer service - Proven track record of excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
