As an Online Account Support Representative at H&M in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to H&M's online account holders. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it perfect for motivated and resourceful individuals looking to kickstart their career in the fashion retail industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account-related issues, such as password resets, order status inquiries, and payment processing. 3.
