Job Description - Online Account Support Representative

As an Online Account Support Representative at Securitas AB in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively via online communication channels. 2. Assist customers with accessing their online accounts, resetting passwords, and navigating the website. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. 4. Monitor online account activity for any suspicious behavior and report any potential security threats. 5. Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their online experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the online database. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. 2. Possess emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. 3. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
