Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Truecaller is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Stockholm. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to Truecaller users via email and chat channels. 2. Assist users with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues. 3. Educate users on Truecaller features and functionality. 4. Work collaboratively with the customer support team to ensure excellent service delivery. 5. Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments. 6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively interact with customers. 6. Adaptability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
