Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Natural Cycles is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resilient, possess emotional intelligence, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to users via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot account issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Educate users on the features and benefits of the Natural Cycles platform - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and resilient attitude - Emotional intelligence - Attention to detail
