Job Description:
As an Online Account Support Representative at Hilton in Stockholm, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online account holders. You will assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have related to their online accounts, reservations, or loyalty program memberships. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with account-related issues, such as password resets, updating personal information, and resolving billing discrepancies - Educating customers on the benefits of our loyalty program and assisting them with program enrollment or redemption of points - Collaborating with other departments, such as reservations and finance, to address customer needs and resolve complex issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating account information in our database - Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service techniques
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs quickly - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and energetic personality - Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
