Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Acne Studios is looking for a dedicated Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to online customers through various channels such as emails and live chat. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including order status, payment issues, and general account maintenance. 4. Work closely with the online sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing. 5. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform. 6. Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Make informed decisions to resolve customer concerns and inquiries effectively. 8. Provide regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and suggestions to management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in customer service or online support roles. 7. Confidence in decision-making and strategic planning. 8. Dedicated and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
