Online Account Support Representative

Paradox Interactive is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or online account support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding account issues, password resets, billing inquiries, and general support questions - Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the appropriate teams for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary - Assist with account maintenance tasks such as account creation, updates, and account verification - Provide proactive support to customers by identifying potential issues and offering solutions before they arise - Contribute to the development of support materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles

Requirements: - Hardworking individual with excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor - Strong research skills and ability to think strategically - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus - Familiarity with online account management systems and digital platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
