Job Description:
Sandvik is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior experience. As an Online Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in generating reports on customer feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful attitude when handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. 2. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 3. Adaptability to handle different types of customer interactions and situations. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
