Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Online Call Center Manager to join our team at Electrolux in Uppsala, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in call center management, with a strong background in online customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of online customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Persuasion and planning skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM systems and online communication tools - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
