Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Acne Studios is looking for a motivated Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and process orders over the phone or online. 3. Research customer issues and come up with creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and follow up on customer requests. 5. Update customer records in the database and maintain accurate call logs. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude towards customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult customers with empathy. 3.
