Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

SKF is looking for a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but a positive attitude, resilience, and energy are a must. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively plan and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and energetic personality. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
