Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Mindler is seeking an Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and confident.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Team player with a positive attitude - Proficiency in using online communication tools - Previous experience in a call center or online customer service role is preferred
