Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Instabox in Stockholm. As an Online Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone calls - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and orders - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements: - Proven experience working in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Motivated and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions - Proficient in using online chat systems, email platforms, and phone systems - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
