Online Call Center Specialist

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Northvolt in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Online Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and general questions - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Use online tools and systems to input customer information and update records - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Strong planning and project management skills
