Atlas Copco is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Online Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through online chat communication. This role is a part-time position, suitable for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a global company.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and procedures - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
