Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Kry Livi is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, possess strong communication skills, and have a knack for strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with navigating our platform and services - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Energetic and confident personality traits - Effective strategic planning skills
