Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Saab Group is seeking a talented and driven Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat support team, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate assistance with their inquiries.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service or online support role - Proven experience in people management and leadership - Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Resourceful problem solver with a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
