Job Description - Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Cellink is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our online chat support operations and ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate assistance.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online chat support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our online chat support operations. 3. Monitor chat support performance metrics and make adjustments as needed to meet or exceed targets. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and resolve any escalations promptly. 5. Conduct regular training sessions for chat support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to ensure Cellink remains at the forefront of innovation.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong project management and strategic planning skills. 5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Resourceful and resilient personality traits are essential for success in this role.
