Online Chat Support Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Online Chat Support Officer to join our team at Daniel Wellington. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in customer service and support. This part-time position is based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and general inquiries about Daniel Wellington products. - Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers in a fast-paced online chat environment. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple chats simultaneously. - Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks. - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
