Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Chat Support Officer to join our team at Haglöfs in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Online Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through chat support. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through online chat support - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and any other inquiries they may have - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Reliable and able to meet deadlines - Strong research and planning skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat support platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
