Online Chat Support Officer

QlikTech International is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Chat Support Officer, your responsibilities will include providing customer support through online chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement in the customer service process, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
