Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Acast in Stockholm, SE. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in client relations and customer service within the online media industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support client outreach and engagement efforts. 4. Monitor client feedback and report trends to the management team. 5. Assist with the planning and implementation of client events and promotions. 6. Coordinate client meetings and manage communication between clients and internal teams. 7. Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations of the client relations department.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Reliable and energetic personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 6. Soft skills in strategic planning and people management are highly desirable.
