Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

LeoVegas, a leading online gaming company based in Stockholm, is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with online clients - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research on client preferences and trends in the online gaming industry - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client engagement and retention - Assist in organizing and executing client events and promotions - Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed

Requirements: - Passionate about the online gaming industry - Independent and self-motivated - Strong project management skills - Excellent research abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
