Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Northvolt in Göteborg, SE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online client relationships and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media - Address client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth client interactions - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in developing and implementing online client engagement strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in online client relations or customer service - Independent and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM software - Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Fluent in English and Swedish
