Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

SKF is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with no prior experience who are looking to kick-start their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels in a timely manner - Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assisting clients with product information, pricing, and order processing - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and address feedback - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Resourceful and able to think on your feet - Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and work in a fast-paced environment - Innovative mindset to suggest new ideas and improvements - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
