Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Hövding in Göteborg, Sweden. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships in the online space.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to their problems and addressing their concerns. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement online client engagement strategies. - Track and analyze client interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets. - Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and gather feedback.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Proven experience in online client relations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to think strategically and develop effective client engagement plans. - Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for client communication. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
