Job Description:
As an Online Client Service Assistant at Storytel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. Your primary duties will include responding to client inquiries and issues via email, chat, or phone, resolving any problems or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our clients. Additionally, you will assist in managing client accounts, processing orders, and providing product recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to clients - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Process client orders and payments - Resolve client complaints and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients - Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Leadership qualities and ability to influence and persuade others - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Fluent in English, both written and verbal
