Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Skanska, a leading construction and development company, is seeking an Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. We are looking for a confident and energetic individual who possesses strong creativity and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer service to clients through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a positive and professional experience - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues promptly - Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients - Assist in developing and implementing online client service strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client service or a related role - Confident and energetic personality - Strong creativity and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Fluency in Swedish and English is preferred
