Job Description - Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:


Daniel Wellington is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and assistance. 2. Manage customer orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns and exchanges. 3. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Daniel Wellington with professionalism and enthusiasm. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Assist with online sales and promotions, including order processing and product recommendations. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and preferences to improve the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong people management skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor. 4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
