Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team at LightAir, a leading company in the air purifier industry. As the Online Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online client services to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This position is part-time, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online client service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty - Manage and optimize online platforms and channels, including website, social media, and online chat - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our online client service processes - Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their online client service skills - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content and promotions to attract and retain customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online client service management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decisions - Excellent people management skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members - Resilient and driven personality traits with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in online platforms and tools, such as CMS, CRM, and social media management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in profit sharing programs and managing company equipment is a plus
