Job Description - Online Client Service Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and independent Online Client Service Manager to join our team at DICE in Göteborg, Sweden. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our online clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with online clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Communicate with clients through various online channels to address inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and improve service offerings - Develop and implement strategies to increase online client engagement and loyalty - Conduct research on industry best practices and trends to provide valuable insights to clients - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online client service


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client service management, preferably in an online setting - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to changing client needs and business requirements - Proficiency in research and analysis - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
