Job Description:
Hövding is seeking an experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of online client interaction and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve the online client experience and increase retention - Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online service delivery - Monitor online client metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for growth - Proactively engage with online clients to gather feedback and insights for product development and marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online client service processes
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service management, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate and motivated about delivering exceptional online client service - Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities - Emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations with empathy and understanding
