Online Client Service Representative

As an Online Client Service Representative at Storytel, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients. Your primary duty will be to assist clients with any inquiries they may have, troubleshoot issues they encounter, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 3+ years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills - Resourceful and adaptable to changing situations - Highly persuasive and able to effectively communicate with customers - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Soft skills: - Adaptability: Ability to switch tasks or adjust to changing priorities quickly - Persuasion: Ability to influence and convince customers to take desired actions
